Admission: £15 per couple (advance booking only)

This workshop will cover a two and a half hour session (with breaks!) and work your Swing Dancing from the ground up to enable you to dance Rock 'n' Roll Jive & Lindy Hop.

While it will start from the very foundations it is only recommended that you have some dance basic knowledge (doesn't have to be Jive or Swing Dancing) as it will be assumed that you already know about basic connections and transfer of weight in dance.

It is also a great way to reinforce and strengthen the foundations for those dancers that have a bit more experience - and for anyone that hasn't danced for a while it is a great way to get back on the dance floor ready for the new courses coming soon!

7:00pm - Foundation basics with turns
7:30pm - 6 & 8 Count triple step
8:00pm - Rotations and kicks
8:30pm - Swing Out
9:30pm - Finish
