Foundation level

Ideal for adults of all ages, including people that have never stepped on to a dance floor before and people with two left feet!

In this course you will learn the foundations to create the basic rhythms and moves to get you feeling confident on the dance floor with a variety of different types of music.

• Foundational principles of dance
• Basic Lead & Follow and Connection
• Basic rhythms of Ballroom, Latin, Tango, Jive

Admission:

Pay as you go: £15 per couple per evening (Cash or card on the night)
